Given that this strain is an offshoot of the AK-47 strain, it fetches a pretty penny from smokers who are after its speedy effects. In addition to being a lucrative crop to grow, this strain is relatively low-maintenance for indoor growers. It is typically harvested in October if planted outdoors. The Tutankhamun cannabis strain of seeds produces quite short plants that reach a height of about 75-150 centimeters and are convenient for smaller indoor growing spaces. This makes the Tutankhamun strain convenient for growers who need to stay under the radar. They have a flowering time of eight to nine weeks on average with an expected indoor yield of about 500 grams per square meter. Outdoor yields are slightly higher, although the plants remain equally short as indoor Tutankhamun strain plants.

Canuk Seeds is proud to present one of our newest strains, fit for a Pharaoh, King Tut!
By crossing our famous AK Fem strain with a different strain of Ruderalis we have truly created a strain that Akhenaten (King Tut’s dad) himself would be proud of.
King Tut is well known for its long lasting cerebral effects and soaring levels of THC.
This sativa dominant hybrid is sure to keep you alert and engaged in both creative and social engagements.
Coming from the parent genetics of South America, Colombia, Mexico, as well as Thailand and the Ruderalis variety, this strain has a complex blend of flavors and effects.
Maintaining some of her AK genetics, King Tut has a fairly short flowering time of 53-63 days (indoors).
She is known to branch out in the veg period and produce dense indica-like buds with earthy, pungent, and sweet tastes as well as a staggering yield at up to 1200g outdoors.

A few years ago I grew King Tut in a small DWC setup, topped it three times and I ended up with 20oz of exceptional smoke.
Since then I have grown several other Canuk cultivars, Obi Wan produced massive, baseball bat sized colas, even after the 3 top treatment, Cinderella 99 had the most delicious peachy/citrusy scent, Trainwreck smelled the most like a real skunk, and I did not like the smell or taste of Northern Lights at all, but my brother in law couldn’t get enough of it. I’ve grown still more Canuk strains but these are the ones which stand out.
